My Neighbor Who Once Was a Doctor but Then Became a Farmer

Your HouseMy Neighbor Who Once Was a Doctor but Then Became a Farmer (MNWOWDBTBF) is a physics-based farming/nonsense simulator. You take a role of Bedford, a man who quits a well-paid job as a doctor to pursue his dream of becoming a farmer but… This good-hearted character doesn’t have any idea of farming skills so he will do his best to become the best farmer in the world! But his way won’t be so easy… As everything he does is nasty, foul and unprofessional, the crops will be rotten, moldy and full of worms, but even with this, you will find how to sell or make new products of them.

Neighbor HouseInspired by a real-life person, who worked as a medic and became a farmer too, this little study decided to jump off of the usual farming sim track, but still retains its core mechanics. The reason why this game doesn’t have enormous expectancies is that before starting on this game, they were working on a roguelike twin-stick shooter. However that game ballooned into an uncontrollably huge project, so they had to put it on hold and start working on something new: “We somewhat learned from our mistake and wanted to make the new project a lot smaller, maybe something that would act on a single screen, that’s when we came up with this idea” That doesn’t mean they are not going to make a very funny and playable game.

OnionsAs this project has been started some months ago (June 2017) you will be able to purchase this funny indie game in January 2018 in Steam with a price around 5$.
